Meet our Professional Team
Dino Dell'Orletta, B.Sc., M.Cl.Sc: Our Community's Trusted Audiologist
Dino holds a Masters Degree in Audiology (M.Cl.Sc.) and a Bachelor of Science Degree (B.Sc.) in Communicative Disorders from the University of Western Ontario. He has been practicing as a licensed Audiologist for over 35 years. He is certified and registered with the College of Speech Language Pathologists and Audiologists of Ontario (CASLPO) and holds an international fellowship with the American Academy of Audiology (AAA).
Dino has an extensive background of audiological experience working in a variety of clinical settings. He has worked for The Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto, Toronto Western Hospital and held the role of Director of Audiology at Laurentian Hospital in Sudbury, Ontario.
Dino has a keen interest in the technological advancements with respect to hearing aid development and their applications to the real-life experiences of individuals who use amplification in their daily lives.

Lia M. Dell’Orletta, B.A.Sc., M.Cl.Sc., Audiologist, reg. CASLPO
Lia holds a Masters Degree in Audiology (M.Cl.Sc.) and a Bachelors of Arts and Science (B.A.Sc.) from the University of Western Ontario, and the University of Guelph respectively. She has been practicing as a licensed Audiologist for 5 years. She is certified with and registered with CASLPO.
Lia has a broad range of audiological experience having completed her audiological interning at Sunnybrook Hospital where she had the privilege of participating in the cochlear implant program as well as seeing a diverse population with a range of otological and audiological conditions. Following that, Lia worked with a pediatric population at Sick Children’s Hospital in Toronto. There she worked with colleagues as part of team, providing audiological assessment and treatment for children by collaborating with educational audiologists, communication disorders assistants, otolaryngologists, and speech-language pathologists.

Laura Bailey, B.A. - Clinical Technician
Laura joined The Hearing Clinic in 2004 as the office administrator. Her passion for patient care has seen her position evolve to include patient counseling, in-house repairs and maintenance of hearing aids as well as assisting patients through the learning curve involved in the acquisition of a new hearing aid prescription.
Laura's knowledge of hearing aids, hearing aid accessories, and bluetooth compabilities has evolved and expanded as quickly as the industry itself. She prides herself on her ability to troubleshoot a broad range of hearing and communication devices as well as provide ongoing hearing health care support to patients and their loved ones.
Jessica Tippett - Office Administrator & Receptionist
Jessica has been a part of our Audiological team for almost 10 years. She provides front line support in navigating hearing health care. All supporting documentation is handled seamlessly so that clients are confident in how they enter into hearing health care decisions.
Jessica keeps the clinic running smoothly everyday. She oversees all aspects of the office, including appointments, accounting, and financial transactions. She works dilligently to process third-party billings and applicable government funding. In addition, Jessica liaisons with patients, their loved ones, and their health care teams beyond our clinic to provide excellent customer-service and care that is person-centred.
Helena Dell'Orletta - Receptionist
Helena has worked with The Hearing clinic since it opened in 1995. As a part of the team she works to maintain the coordination of client services from first introduction to hearing diagnostics through to support for patients wearing hearing aids.
