I had previously been involved with another hearing clinic in Barrie. After 4 and 1/2 years of being treated as a number, with less-than-quality service, I discovered The Hearing Clinic. l would like to take this opportunity to express my appreciation for the service I received and tell you how nice it is to be a patient. They made my day! Walked in (without an appointment) with a broken hearing aid and the receptionist replaced the bad part on the spot. She cleaned both, replaced the tips and said "have a great day" as I walked out. Incredible service. - John

Since I first wandered in to your office a few years ago to ask a few general questions about hearing aids, etc. Dino listened to what I had to say and immediately took me in hand and guided me through the WSIB jungle I had on my own been trying to navigate for over twelve years. In a few months my claim which had been originally denied was being reinvestigated and eventually accepted . A couple of months later I had my hearing aids and was able to live a much better life. Each and every time I have visited the office, Dino, Laura and Jessica have been absolutely delightful. I could not have asked for better service accompanied by caring and professional individuals. From the moment I walk into your office, I feel that I am your “valued patient”. There is always a genuine friendly greeting and smile.I have a lot of confidence knowing that Dino is a trained audiologist. I like that he owns the business outright and is not beholden to any one supplier. I remember what he said to me at my first appointment six years ago. “I am not a salesman. I am an educator.” That statement still rings true today. Dino knows exactly how a person with hearing loss feels. I like that Dino and his staff are up to date on all the latest innovations in the field. I love my Bluetooth hearing aids and the accessories that help me live as near normal as I can. Laura is also very knowledgeable and skilled when it comes to fitting hearing aids and pairing Bluetooth accessories. I had a little sore spot after a few weeks wearing one of my new ear molds.
